I definitely think it's a bad thing. Before, 2001, the WWF(E) had competition with the WCW and now, all there is TNA Wrestling, which is made up of wrestlers released by WWE. Having bought out the WCW and all the former federations that made up the WCW, the WWE has turned into a stupid wrestling show, not that it wasn't before, but now it's just mind-numbling stupid.

I haven't really watched any WWE programming for 2 or 3 years, but, when I do watch, the storylines are all the same, for example, say its Orton vs Triple H for a title, the match will go on for 15 minutes only to end in a DQ because someone interferes or one of them will pull out a weapon or something. Also, the wrestlers keep facing the same guys over and over, I don't want to see Triple H face Edge, Cena, or Orton over and over using the sames stupid storylines back in the Attitude Era. When everyone faced each other on Smackdown and Raw before they split the brand, I think the whole thing was much better, including before they bought out the WCW.

When I was a kid, Hulk Hogan was the king of the ring, with memorable matches against Andre the Giant, Bret Hart, Macho Man(when they split up as a team), and maybe even the match in the 2000's with The Rock, who, I think was an over-rated wrestler. Anyway, I think the brand extension is a bad thing and the WWE needs new, fresher writers and get rid of Stephanie as one of them!
