Christmas gift ideas for those with diabetes

Holiday gift giving can be a chore but not any more for a diabetics, or any one with high blood pressure, who loves chocolate. For those who are chocolate lovers, it will be easy to shop for this Christmas or for any gift giving holiday. Why? There is a new healthy chocolate out there that diabetics can enjoy. Yes, you read it right! And it just may, help them control their blood sugar levels, like it has done for many others, all at the same time. Imagine, eating healthy while eating delectable chocolate. Hum mm..

Raw chocolate is scientifically validated for having the highest ORAC value food on the planet.
O- Oxygen, R-Radical, A-Absorption, C-Capacity, this gives us a value of how much the food can neutralize "free radicals", which are harmful to our body's. Free radicals are the cause of most degenerative diseases, and premature aging and the creation of cancer cells. The higher the ORAC value, the higher amount of free radicals that can be neutralized by eating that particular food. Thus keeping the body safe from being oxidized by the free radicals. Free radicals act like rust does on metal. It weaken it and makes it look terrible. The American diet is overwhelming with them. So whenever we can eat foods with high ORAC values, we are doing our body's a favor and helping them become healthier and less likely susceptible to disease. FDA says we need a minimum of 9,000 to 12,000 ORAC daily for optimum health. Today that is impossible to get without supplementing our diets. Our foods just do not have the nutrition as they did 20, 35 and 50 years ago. Fruits and raw chocolate are the best sources for high ORAC values.

The Advantages of Raw Chocolate are:
1.I's a mood enhancer, a tasty source of serotonin, dopamine, and phenylethylamine; helping to alleviate depression.
1.Contains flavon-3-ols, Bio flavonoids help wards off vascular diseases, and even dementia.
2.Extremely high in Phenolic Phytochemicals, which give chocolate its high ORAC value.
3.Helps the body create a chemical, nitric oxide (NO), which is critical in healthy blood flow and blood pressure control.
4.Has good amounts of Magnesium and potassium for the heart.

All in all, raw chocolate is a great source of nutrients for your optimum health. And now, you can eat it, with no guilt. With Xocai Chocolate you get unadulterated raw chocolate.
It it feels like you are cheating when you eat Xocia Chocolate, the only raw chocolate, I know of. It has no fillers, no dairy, no waxes, no preservatives, and no refined sugars to destroy its anti-oxidant value, unlike other chocolate bars.

Now you can eat delectable chocolate and benefit your health all in one swoop. That is my idea of the way to go. Enjoying my candy while I am benefiting my health. It may cost a bit more but it is worth every penny when it comes to a better quality of life free from unnecessary illness. Merry
Christmas or Happy Holidays to you.
