The common problem to losing weight is that most are too impatient for the results. We as humans are so obsessed with physical appearance that we drive ourselves crazy just to obtain our desired body. So we put these ideas in our head that are borderline delusional and unrealistic. Not truly understanding our bodies or minds. And once our ideals are not met we instantly give up.
All of us are different and have different ways of doing things. One thing that may work for one person will not necessarily work for someone else. That is the biggest misnomer when it concerns weight loss. In no way is there one sure fire way of losing weight. Yeah, it may be easier for some than others, but no matter what it is going to take work. Most of that work will be once you lose the weight unfortunately. For it is a lot easier and pleasurable to gain the weight than to lose and maintain it.
Why is it harder for some than it is for others? Really it depends on where you begin your journey. I use journey for that is what it entails and if you complete it you'll never be the same again. For to maintain that result you have to change how you live. You'll never eat the same and the way you use your spare time will be altered. The more unhealthy you lived multiplied by the length of that lifestyle will determine how arduous your journey will be.
Another thing to consider is your mindset from the start. Because if your priorities are flawed than it is going to be ever harder to achieve your desired results. Once something doesn't go your way the more apt you will be to just get up and quit. Nothing is easier than doing what you have been doing for your whole life. Most don't understand what weight loss truly entails. It is not as simple as just working out or cutting calories. You need to have a realistic plan of what your body will respond to and what you can handle mentally.
No matter how simple some may make it sound just realize most of those people are probably just making some kind of sales pitch or flaunting something they will eventually lose.
