How to get celebrity faux lashes

Choosing the look of faux lashes is easy and simple to achieve. You needn't wait until a special occasion to update your look and make it more glamorous and it only takes a few minutes to apply.

First: Select the lash of your choice, if you're a first time user then you probably should pick a style that are not too heavy for your eyelids. Wearing the thicker ones takes a bit of time for your eyes to adjust to the extra weight can end up making you feel uncomfortable.

Selecting a lash should also depend on the type of natural lash you have, if your natural lashes are sparse and thin then you may want to apply a strip lash that adds fullness. For a more natural looking lash.

If your natural lashes are thick and full then you may want to pick a spikier strip lash to complement you and give a more dressed up romantic look to your eyes.

How to apply: Starting with a makeup free face, apply one coat of black mascara; if you normally wear eyeliner then apply it before you apply your eye lashes.
After mascara and eyeliner is dry, take eye lashes in hand and gently bend them in a circular motion, giving your strip lash a bit more flexibility before applying, if necessary trim eyelashes on the other edge making them fit your eye better.

Glue: Glue come in two shades, black and clear. The clear goes on white but dries clear and the black looks gray when wet, but dries black.

Application: Make sure not to apply too much glue to your faux lash as any left over will seep out onto your eyelid or lashes making it look unprofessional.

Apply a thin strip of glue along the edge of the base of your eyelashes, gently blow on it to start the drying process and allow the glue to become tacky, looking straight into your mirror center faux lash to the center of your eye then apply as close as possible to your natural lashes, use tweezers to gently squeeze faux lashes to natural lashes pinching them all along the edge of your lid, allow to dry, Repeat this process with other eye.
If necessary touch up any eyeliner that may be needed.

There is no need to re-apply mascara as this only makes them look clunked up, but you can give a slight one quick coat to the bottom of your natural lashes however this is not necessary.

I also buy a pair of lashes and cut them into a demi lash, applying them to the corners of my eyes to enhance the natural look and make them look jazzed up.

Keeping your faux lashes looking natural is easiest by avoiding any un-natural colors.
The only caution I have about wearing faux lashes is the more you wear them, the more you will get used to seeing yourself with them and will feel naked without them.
