As I went to try this program the first thing I noticed was that it was a friendly user-face. I even loved the line "our lawyers made us do it"-very inviting.
Then I got to the program itself and they gave these nice looking check box forms with little icons. They're easily categorized and reading them left me with absolutely no questions. From my questionnaire answers, they asked me more simple questions in order to figure out where I truly stand. I didn't even have to read the directions or explanations (though they were there).
I even got to choose to skip a category and do it later if I didn't have the info at the tip of my hands (with reminders on what I skipped). I was able to choose between picking my known deductions or having the program figure out which ones I would be eligible for. I decided to go for the generated one to make sure all possible deductions would be encompassed. If I didn't know a term there would always be a link available to a simple description. It's basically like filling out a survey.
