Holiday Gift Calenders for Your Family

Are you looking for inexpensive gift ideas for Christmas that are easy and fun to do with your kids? Then my holiday gift calenders for each of your family members are the perfect combination! The items you will need are as follows:

1. Craft Paper-This can be any type of craft paper that you find at the craft store. It can be colored or white, which ever you prefer. This will be the paper for the base of your calender.

2. Ruler-This is to assist you with drawing the lines on your calender that mark the months and what not.

3. Colored pens or pencils-These are used to draw on your calender. Choose a holiday color scheme or again, whatever you like, be creative.

4. Glue-This is used to paste pictures and other cute holiday items onto your calender.

5. Family pictures-Gather your family pictures, as you will be cutting and pasting them to your calender for each special occasion represented by your calender.

6. Crafty decorations-This can be whatever decorations that you want to add to your calender. You can either buy things from the craft store or use things from your own home, IE: buttons, lace, twine, sprigs of Christmas tree, you name it, the world is at your fingertips here.

What you are going to do, is create a separate calender for each family member. This calender is going to help your family members NEVER forget another birthday, anniversary, graduation or other special occasion. They are going to LOVE it and thank you for it in the long run!

You will include each special day on each family member's calender. Again, the trick is to be creative. Add pictures and decorations to each little square to represent each special occasion. Be colorful, fun and unique with your ideas. Make this calender bring back memories as well as create new ones for the future. Each calender can be different in appearance, however, the same events should be portrayed on your calender, so no one will miss any of the important dates. You can also do this for your friends, as well!
