That's what you will be saying once you have had this delightful and refreshing punch. You may really dream about it too. It will leave a lasting and fond memory in your mind.
This is a punch chocked full of calories and carries no guilt. One that will serve as beverage or a dessert. One that children, old folks and all in between will rave about if they love ice cream and one with no unusual or alcoholic extras to leave you questioning. It is the perfect punch for knocking out any holiday blues.
This was a punch served at a friends house a few years ago and she gave me the recipe to the delight of my children, relatives, and friends. Every Christmas I try to make it at least once and it is a delicious drink with it's ice cream and cream of coconut richness.
White Christmas Punch: Will need a large punch bowl equal to hold almost 2 gallons
I can of Pineapple Juice chilled
I can of Cream of Coconut stirred smooth ( do not chill will harden the coconut )
2 liter Ginger ale or Sprite chilled
1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice cream softened slightly
whisk the cream of coconut with the pineapple juice
add ice cream
slowly pour in ginger ale gently stir it will want to foam
This is Heavenly!
