I've received so many great gifts in my life, blessed beyond words, the best grand parents any kid could ask for, great loving parents, and because of the way they raised me, I know what the best gift I ever received was, but first the rest of my great gifts, my husband, my three children, three grand children and my great grandson.

My best gift I ever received is from the one who gave me all the above. He's filled my live with love and happiness.

Long before I was even thought of he came into the world, born in a manager, grew up poor but that didn't stop him from traveling. He along with 12 followers went all over teaching people the word of God, to turn from their wicked ways, He healed the sick, parted the sea, fed a multitude of people, he preformed all kinds of miracles while he was on earth.

And because he was the son of God, he was crucified, he loved me so much that he stretched out his arms and gave his life for me that someday I would have everlasting life. This is his promise. So I have to say without a doubt, the best gift I've ever received is the gift of eternal life with Jesus someday. He gave his all for me, what more can someone give to those they love then their life.
