Illegal immigrants should not receive benefits from the U.S. Government for a number of reasons. These people are here illegally (this means that they are criminals from the start.) It is hard to understand why so many people do not understand that the words "illegal immigrants" when used together to describe a set of people who are not citizens of the United States of America and therefore are NOT eligible to receive any of the benefits which legal citizens are entitled to.

As citizens of the United States, we are not able to go to any other nation in the world and demand to collect any of the benefits to which their citizens are entitled. Without proper documentation and applying for citizenship with those nations, we would be treated as criminals. Why then should we in the U.S. treat any illegal immigrant any differently than we would be treated by other nations abroad.

The fact that many of these illegals do not pay taxes adds to the reasoning for not allowing them to collect any benefits from our government. When the portion of people who collect these benefits expands, our national debt is caused to grow which is a fact that anyone with a basic elementary level education should be able to understand. This does not mean that the criminals who are here and paying taxes should be able to collect benefits. The fact is that they are still here illegally making them ineligible for the collection of these benefits. These people are a burden on our economy!

It makes no sense that the same people who are constantly complaining of being outraged by the ever growing National deficit want to support untold numbers of illegal immigrants. It is not possible to continue to support these people without our National deficit becoming larger as a result. These are also the people who constantly say that our economy is becoming worse with every passing day.

How is it that the individuals who are inviting these criminals into our sovereign nation are incapable of understanding that these same actions which they are encouraging illegal immigrants in taking are destroying our nation and its economy one invasion at a time?!
