Software reviews: QuickBooks Pro 2008

Great time-saver
When you first get your hand on this product, it obviously takes some time to put in all the information and memorize what's where, because the program is full of features. But because of user-friendly interface it doesn't take long. I found QuickBooks 2008 Pro to be very thorough. It has all the functions I need and is perfect for small, sole-proprietor types of business. Here is the list of things I like:
+ Sensible, easy-to-navigate interface
+ Ability to export summaries to Excel
+ Ability to send invoices to customers through emails
+ Ability to add your business to main web directories
+ Has a thorough support page online and guides in the software itself
The following are the drawbacks and limitations that I found:
-Takes up a lot of space on a computer
-Not always customizable. That's why the ability to export to Excel is great.
This software is not for a complete beginner, of course. You have to know what you are doing. But it is a good time-saving tool, which makes your routine easier and quicker. I will give it 5 out of 5.
