A software par excellence!

My brother has been a draughtsman in his company in India for over a decade now. When I asked him about the Autodesk software, this is what he had to say

The software was first introduced in our company Atlas Copco, India about 8-9 years ago. Before that we were doing the drawings by hand. Initially we were trained on the Cad software for a week by one of our colleagues who attended a training conducted by the company. The training was pretty relevant to our work and they found the software to be immensely helpful. Besides we were also directed to the other useful resources available at our disposal like online forums, online help and the help that comes with the software. We quickly adopted to the new system and found it extremely helpful. No more time wasting for having to redo drawings for one could just undo mistakes or redo parts of the drawings.

Besides, the wealth of features available in the system was immense. We initially concentrated on what we needed and once we got comfortable with it, we began to investigate other features. Besides, every new release of the software has new features which not only improve upon existing features but also provide added functionality. Overall the software is very user friendly and easy to adapt. Once users get comfortable with it, the software becomes an indispensable part of our lives. The latest version is far superior to the inital versions. Actually very difficult to relate to each other. I would highly recommend this software to all and hope it will enable their lives just it has done to mine!
