A low carb diet is not necessarily safe.
There are many factors to consider about the individual pursuing a low carb diet such as health, weight, body type etc. Go to revolutionhealth.com for some information. Dieting can be a risky business because you are dealing with your body and the food you ingest. The food you ingest is what makes you feel the way you do and how much energy you have. If your body needs carbohydrates to function properly then a low carb diet can be dangerous for your health. On a bit of a tangent here, free radicals are those molecules scientists have discovered that unlike antioxidants which hinder free radicals, these molecules can cause cancer. Neulasta is a chemotherapy treatment, but to stay on course, one must be aware that their diet or eating habits have a major impact on their overall health. Eating foods loaded with free radicals (junk food, soda, etc) all demote health. Going on a low carb diet can be bad if your body needs carbs and if it doesn't get them in the proportion that is against the quantity of your diet regimen, then you can set your immune system up for a weakness and attack of free radicals, thus increasing your risk of cancer. If you dont know what free radicals are since it is a relatively new term, go to ask.com and type the term in and you will find a wealth of information about free radicals and how they affect your body. Id suggest using google to do extensive research BEFORE you plunge yourself into a low carb diet. Know the ins and outs of what the diet requires of your body and understand through your research whether this diet will help or harm you.
