How to live an easier life

REVISED MARCH 25 2011:

When we ask the question, "how to live an easier life?"  It's never an easy question since, many people have their own perspective and belief what living an easier life is.  Therefore, we need to ponder such a question given it has often been asked throughout the ages yet there has never been a direct answer.  Whatever I state in this article will be supplemented with my personal experience and facts from others.

Firstly, life is not easy, life is as we see, hear, feel and taste and it's all around us, everyone everywhere is connected in some form in the universe. It's the very air we breathe to sustain our lungs as it fuels our organs with oxygen as our brain register the cues around us as we know them to be.  Therefore, from these cues we gather through our senses that we determine the kind of life we live.

Secondly, life can be both subjective and objective depending at the stage or path we are currently traveling on.  Consequently, for some, life is what you can feel and touch around you including the direct experiences, which mould us to who we whether negative or positive.

Therefore, for some it's a journey that encompasses a mental concept and it's whatever we make that to be.  Meaning that we attract what we feel and if that feeling is often a negative projection our life will always be in the negative and unless you make the choice to begin to think positive, you will forever be in such a cycle.

Life can be easy if you want it to be, I have known many people around me who often make life a miserable state of flux. They are constantly in a  negative cycle; we have the choice to turn this around and to begin living an easy life. It's imperative to be aware we do have choices and it begins with the individual.  Moreover, no one can impress upon someone a change in behavior or attitude unless the person is aware and willing to change.

Society continues to bombard us with many curve balls, which creates obstacles and issues however, we need to be able to recognize those daily issues that plague us in our lives and decide if they are insignificant or significant. Furthermore, plan on how to deal with the issue and a solution in resolving the problem. This could be as simple as maintaining a journal of your thoughts and feelings, this way one has a better perspective on dealing with things as they bombard us.

Every problem has a solution just like every action has an equal
