Weather is a very important factor when choosing a holiday destination in Europe and particularly in respect of enhancing the enjoyment of the trip.
1) If you are intent upon a roasting holiday (beech and sun), then there is an importance for the climate to be sunshine with few if any showers, reasonable high temperatures. You should come home with the required tan and radient from an enjoyable time.
2) If you want to ski, then snow and cold weather that keeps it from defrosting too quickly. thus you need to choose the countries that have traditionally, this type of weather, Scotland and similar places spring to mind.
3) Sailing, around the coast of places like England, is ideal. The weather provides the ideal backdrop for these activities as it tends to be the right winds and waves formations to provide an enjoyable, an testing holiday.
4) For adventurers, eastern parts of Eastern parts of Europe are probably sensible. Their climates are cooler, without being cold. Ideal weather if you want to travel or walk around on a voyage of discovery.
