Simplifies the Filing Process!

Tax time has always been a stressful and time-consuming event for me. Every year I'd file my taxes the old-fashioned way and drop it in the mail, and this was always grueling. After talking to a relative of mine, I decided to take their advice and simplify the arduous process; a few years ago I finally bit the bullet and decided to look into using tax software to file my taxes. After evaluating the options on the market, I chose to go with my relative's recommendation and purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe + State.

Even though I was initially apprehensive, I was pleasantly surprised with the self-explanatory directions and very easy installation. Turbo Tax has an extremely user friendly interface and the software walked us through each tax form step-by-step. The format within the application makes inputting data a snap and it also provided running calculations which gave us the opportunity to make changes and adjustments with ease; it also alleviated worries of missing any lines on the form. In previous years filing taxes the traditional way, it was often hard to detect potential errors and missed lines, not to mention wrong math calculations. Turbo Tax effectively eliminates these problems and even highlights areas which may be incorrect.

After using this product we were pleasantly happy to see how easily we were able to maximize our return. After completing federal taxes, we were able to complete our state tax return effortlessly because Turbo Tax automatically inputs all of your information you previously had entered on the federal tax return. Upon completion, using Turbo Tax, filing our taxes electronically was a cinch and we instantly received a return summary within the .pdf. Turbo Tax also is linked in where you are pretty quickly advised whether or not your tax return was accepted by the IRS and this eliminated the wondering if your tax return made it in on time or at all.

Since I prefer to do my own taxes, I felt Turbo Tax was a great investment. Now that I've decided to get with the times and begin filing taxes electronically, I find tax time far less stressful. Using this product eased any apprehension I used to have. Since that first year I've relied upon Turbo Tax to assist me with my tax return needs and I plan to file the next round of taxes using Turbo Tax Deluxe + State too. This application is an amazing time saver!
