Easy weight loss: A personal plan to get in shape - and stay in shape

In the current age of obesity that is plaguing society in 2009, more and more people are looking to not only get into shape, but stay in shape also. One of my most crucial aspects of being in shape involves having a low body fat percentage and for this, it is important to target fatty areas of your body in order to shed those extra pounds and leave your body looking sleek, trim and sexy. Of course, the food you put into your body also plays a vital role in your weight loss goals; you can not starve yourself and expect to lose weight healthily. By following this plan, you will find yourself losing vast amounts of weight so you too can enjoy the success of achieving your weight loss goals and on top of that, you will learn a personal account of getting in shape - and staying in shape!

There are two forms of exercise that you are able to do; aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic exercise basically defines the increasing need of oxygen in the body such as running, cycling and swimming. This can also be called a cardiovascular workout due to the fact that it trains the heart to pump blood around the body faster. Aerobic exercises usually last for long periods of time. Anaerobic exercise basically defines high intensity strength workouts, such as weight lifting. The difference is that aerobic exercises last for long periods of time and train your heart to become familiar with high intensity activity, whereas anaerobic exercises are the high intensity activity itself. The one thing these exercises do have in common however is that they both promote healthy weight loss.

Contrary to popular belief, in order to achieve healthy weight loss, you simply can not just rely on one thing, whether that one thing is a diet, running or a weight lifting regime. By combining all three, you will learn that weight loss is not only much healthier, but you will also find that it is much faster to achieve your goals. Combining a healthy diet, aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise will maximize your weight loss potential and leave you feeling fabulous; and now on to the plan itself!

PLAN:

Planning is the key to success. If you plan what you are going to do on a daily basis, you will acquire your goal much faster than you would if you just go out and get straight to the point. It is best to plan the night before your routine so you can get out of bed and get to it straight away. The majority of the weight loss goals are achieved by performing anaerobic exercise, which is weight lifting, so
