Students just keep on getting chubbier, and chubbier these days and they need to start eating healthier and exercising regularly. They say that Cardiovascular Exercise is better for your body, but Lifting Weights is probably just as good. Lifting Weights can help you get stronger and/or faster. If Students want to get really big muscles and increase size, then they need to lift heavier weight, and do less reps, but if they want to be faster, and stronger, then they need to have more Lean Muscle meaning that they'll have to use lighter weight and do more Reps. I think that Gym Teachers should try to encourage their Students to use Lighter Weight, and do more Reps because it will give them less of a chance to getting an injury, and it will help keep them healthier, and fitter throughout their School Career. I usually use lighter Weight, and do more Repetitions because I want to be fitter, and stronger. Without Bodybuilding Students are just going to become addicted to watching tv, and playing their Computers. There should be pictures of Professional Bodybuilder's such as Ronnie Coleman, and Jay Cutler, and Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Gym Locker Rooms so students will think to themselves, "I want to have a body like that", and it will get them into the spirit of bodybuilding so they will start eating a healthier diet, and exercising regularly. These reasons are all why I think that Bodybuilding should definitely be made compulsory for students. And that's my opinon. I also think that Cafeterias should start serving healthier foods to students so they will get into the habit of eating healthy as well as Bodybuilding. America needs to start getting healthier, and fitter.
