Reflections: The phenomenon of shadows

Shadows confirm our reality.

They are otherwise a waste of perception-energy (that Spark, sort of like "Aha! You are not as transparent as you would have us believe you were if you wished for us to only know you by your work!" except not usually any deeper than 'A-!')

But beside that, they are forgotten as soon as they pass. 'Being forgotten as soon as you pass' is another name for Hell-on-Earth, so shadows are precursors of Hell-on-Earth.

I say 'on-Earth' because "Hell" is actually Nowhere-and I'm sure some semantic geeks out there are thinking, "Did he say 'no-where' or 'now-here'?"-on account of "Hell" coming from a word for where the useless waste is truly headed when you flush the toilet.

That leads one with a mind of The Kingdom to the conclusion that we are Shadows-of-God ('God' here being a personifying term for the Power that Binds Everything to Itself).

Far better than being the Emanation-of-God Flushed Down the Drain, although (minus the 'Flushed Down the Drain'-part) that is what we wish to be ... pure God-ness, with all impurity sanctioned to Hell.

Fleeing-from-the-Shadow is a good thing then. (I was going to leave it just 'Fear-of-the-Shadow,' but then I remembered that the enlightened reaction to fear is "deeper study" [as in 'fear of The LORD'], so I instead made-clear the proper reaction!) That's part of the reasoning behind fear-of-the-dark; if one is in darkness, one may be in The Shadow, and will be forgotten when one passes away within it.
