As we all know each day we are not getting any younger, for some reason when men/women reach the age 30 it's almost like a wake up call and a partial mid life crisis, we tend to become a little more health conscience, but when the big 40 hits, the hormones are really changing, needing something to feel young again. One of the things is takeing care of our bodies with a weekly routine of basic exercise, especially about twenty minutes after each meal, a walk will help your body to break down your food relieving your digestive system from gas or bloatedness, it's a nice way to relieve stress as well. Eating more vegetables and fruits in your diet each day works as natural antioxidants that cleanse and nourish the body with all natural vitamins that our bodies were designed for. Not getting enough muscle tone during exercise? Eat a regular diet of bannanas, they are great to eat and keep muscle tone, these deliceous fruits are full of potassium that help on muscle cramps and dehydration.
Whatever you do not starve yourself if you are feeling overweight, that is the worse thing you can do, for one you have to keep your metabolism up, and if you are not eating guess what, your body will feast off fat cells, when we do not eat, it slows the metabolism down. When it comes to keeping in shape and feeling good about ourselves it starts with that one thing, food . Changing your preperation of your foods with natural cooking oils that can make a difference, I personally prefer Olive Oil, it's an all natural medicine for infection.
Cooking on the grill is an excellent essential to eat healthy food, and feel a stronger you.
