No matter what you do and no matter how good it would be in the long run for everybody concerned, there is always tries to put their foot in the middle of it and mess it up. I, for the life of me don''t see why it couldn't work. I have not been back Europe since I was in the Navy, but from what I have seen and heard, it seems like the Euro is working pretty well. It would take a lot of planning and some cooperation and management. It would probably be a good idea to wait till George W Bush is out of office. That would just confuse him even more. He obviously doesn't have much sense about money whether it is dollars, Euros or what ever. As long as he and his thieving crooked buddy Dick Cheney are getting there oil company contract by with out competitive bids, they could care less.

It would be kind of neat to be able to go anyplace in the world and not have to worry about the exchange rate and having to have sixteen different kinds of money. It sure would make foreign travel a lot simpler. I personally think it would be a real good idea but I am nor sure that the leaders of the world could agree on anything long enough to get it into effect. I am all for it if it can be brought to fruition. I have no doubts that it could work and work well but I don't know if there are any of the powers that be that are smart enough to figure it out and get it done.
