Internet has propelled a silent revolution in this world. It has quickly captured the world stage in less than a decade from the time it got introduced. It has been revolutionized by the many young great minds day by day and newer features and options are available to people as the time passes.
Recently, there has been even greater access to the Internet by enabling mobile users the benefits of the Internet services like e-mail, news, chatting, online video and Internet TV while they are on the move. By this, the Internet has surpassed a big barrier in reaching the people. Now everyone can access the Internet 24x7 all the time.
Since every technology that is introduced pushes its older version to the oblivions, doubts have been casted whether online video/Internet TV is here to stay or this too will pass by. People can upload their personal videos, songs, send video files to their friends in the world anywhere in the world within no time due to the above innovation. With Internet TV they can even now watch their favourite sitcoms, movies, programs and live sports which they may otherwise miss when not at home.
This has made people's lives even more flexible than ever before and people doesn't have to mind leaving their houses with a grudge that they are missing something. This also brings a negative flip side by making people even more isolated to their families, peers and communities and make them feel even more lonely in this big world. Nevertheless when a change occurs, each developments that it brings must be taken on its face value and nobody can ever exercise a choice on that. When a change occurs, it would be overwhelming to all and no exceptions are made.
Online video/internet TV has provided people with its own kind of variations both good and bad. It is left to people's choice what kind of content they want to watch. People can immensely benefit from watching the news, stock quotes, latest alerts about weather etc., at the same time, they can also ruin their lives and their families by watching the darker side aspects of the online videos. Whatever a man's wish is that will be fulfilled.
The other major problem which the online video/Internet TV has thrown to us is the amount of data that is circulating world wide and the cost it is taking to maintain that data. Huge volumes of data not only clog the Internet but also give people headaches in sorting out the necessary information which they want to access.
This is like placing a proverbial Damocles sword' on the Internet servers which may go bust at any time when it seems to be too much to take for them. We need to take preventive measures to stop this rot and cannot wait for that last straw on the camel's back' to happen. As the proverb goes, there is always million ideas to confront thousand problems, these hiccups will be remedied in due course of time and as no force has to strength of stop the idea whose time has come, online video/Internet TV has arrived and it is here to stay for ever!
