For most teenage girls, having a plain phone just isn't enough. It needs to be as individual as they are and there are several things you can get for her to jazz up her cell phone as well as provide practical use. Most of these items are relatively cheap, but will be extremely appreciated!

1)Headphones
Whilst headphones often come as standard they are often one-ear or quite unstylish. As teen girls often have phones that double as Mp3's having a stylish set of headphones is a necessity. Old headphones often won't do due to a specific adapter. Don't get anything too bulky as often the girl will be on the move when listening, and make sure you get a bright, fashionable colour and not the usual black or grey to let her stand out from the crowd.

2)Cute charms
You can get charms with pretty much anything. And they aren't just limited to little ornaments - you can get practical items. I personally have bought a mini lip gloss that hangs off my phone which would be a nice present. Try to find out her personality, fashion etc. Is there anything she collects/likes in particular like cats/turtles/elephants/hearts/ anything pink?

3)Wind-up charger
Often teens can forget to charge up their phone, and will be somewhere where they need to make a call and can't. This could be serious if its late at night and they need help, so a practical gift like this may be well appreciated.

4)Phone strap
Get the best of both worlds with this gift - a practical and yet stylish accessory to a phone. It makes phones less attractive to thieves, is useful when out and about (especially when using as an mp3) and can even be an accessory to clothing!

5)Battery extender or Memory card
If your teen is constantly attached to her phone she'll probably be getting dozens of texts and pictures a day. A battery extender will allow her to chat for longer and a memory card will allow her to store bigger files such as pictures and videos without having to delete her memories.

6)Cases/stickers
Finally, the simplest and yet probably most fun accessory - a colourful, individual case that will make her phone look different from the others. You could also get her some sparkly, shiny stickers to stick all over her phone if she likes that look too!

In conclusion, look at the teen individually and tailor the accessory to her. If she's fashion conscious then she'll like a case or charm, a music lover will like headphones and a practical girl will like the memory card or charger. Good luck!
