You don't have to adorn yourself with jewels worth thousands of dollars or be a clothes-horse for major brands to be seen as classy. It's not all about the clothes and shoes, although I have to say I have been called Imelda Marcos on the odd occasion. I'm sure the majority would agree that it would be extremely nice to have a personal allowance that enables us to pamper ourselves at whim but the reality for most of us is that we have champagne tastes on a beer budget!.
Some of the world's most beautiful women have been photographed wearing jeans and a t-shirt with minimal "bling" and they exude class and style effortlessly. How do they achieve this? Of course the word bank balance comes to mind yet again, but the bottom line is that money just can't buy class. As a point of comparison take a look at the young, rich and famous celebrities who are bombarding us weekly from the covers of most magazines. Unfortunately, the majority are renowned more-so for behaving badly, being completely shallow and having absolutely no depth of character whatsoever. Class does not enter into the equation. In the future when they hopefully mature and take the opportunity to look back and reflect what should be fond memories of their youth, it will be more of a case of "What was I thinking"?.
So in effect it is easy to be classy without being rich because at the end of the day it's about attitude, self - confidence, standing tall, being gracious and having a certain mystique, acknowledging and showing respect to people from all walks of life who cross your path each day and being kind. All these attributes are the nexus of "having class" and being wealthy definitely does not factor into it.
If you believe in your self worth then others will follow suite.
