Fast food service problems are an everyday thing now and days. Problems are from cold food, nasty food to not what I ordered. Alot of people want what they pay for. I am that type of person myself. I had over several fast food service problems. I have ordered pizza one day along with a 2 liter drink. When I received my food the cold soda was on top of the pizza box making the pizza cold and soggy. I was so dissatisfied with that service. You don't have to be inside of a restaurant or order at the drive thru window to have service problems. Problems appear at every single restaurant. I have never seen a restaurant that haven't had any type of complaint from a customer. Another problem that arise is if someone found hair in their food. I think that is very nasty. It can indicate or give off any impression that the restaurant is a dirty place. If that is indicated then that place of business will loose customers or go out of business because of the reputation that it has. One common problem though is that customers have reported that their employees have gave them a hard time during their time of service. The employee could have had a bad day and take it out on the customer which is the wrong thing to do. That can result in that employee getting fired. But overall everyone has experienced a bad service during a time in the fast food industry.
