Many people think that genetically modified food(GMF) are even more better to consume because of the perfect look of the aliments or fruits but do they really have a point? well definitely not because all though it has a nicer look the lack of taste and vitamins make doctors to not advice people to buy those king of food.
We live in an ecosystem that we have not been part to it's creation so we can't know what is that makes life on earth be,so if this kind of food is modified by humans they can not tell us if we could survive with only these kind of food or if we should eat it.
And more it is known that this food has less or not at all proteins or vitamins then normal and healthy fruits from our traditional gardens. So basically why should we eat something that does no good to our body? does all that nice looking makes a difference ? well apparently it does, because if it hasn't, there weren't in our supermarkets already but people should still know that they must eat healthy food to have a healthy life and that is what we should all do.
And most of all, all people should know that they eat to live not live to eat so we should eat the most healthy food so that we would have a beautiful life and less concerns about any illnesses that might com because of the unhealthy food consumed.
