The First Teardrop
The first teardrop shed, was one of joy
A newfound hope of a baby girl or boy
The chance to give unconditional love
To a beautiful babe, sent from above
The first glimmer of light or hope as it seems
Of a long awaited miracle, a long awaited dream
Then one day the dream was no more
Why the tragedy happened, no one is sure
The are no easy answers of why or how
Only unanswered questions of what to do now
In a song I'm reminded of God's special gift
A promise of love, my pain He will lift
For every teardrop in the darkness I cried
Jesus strove to remind me, "that for those tears I died"
The first teardrop shed was one of joy
A newfound hope of a baby girl or boy

Hunger heals slow in time,
With no one blamed

No title.
Words aren't worth a title for this grief.
A dream grew inside of me,
a dream with eyes and mouth and fingers
