due to the environment we live in and the quality of food source available to us, water and activity is the most effective way at reducing body fat. Also, an irregular diet with deficiency in nutrients and vitamins can cause the body to enter a starvation mode. This occurs when the body perceives it will not be fed, resulting in the storage of fat and toxins filtered out of the blood.
Nutrition is the best place to start with any weight loss plan. The body needs a certain amount of different vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and protein to be healthy and 'in shape'. If we receive inadequate nutrition, many of our body's natural systems will be interrupted, including those which remove toxins, convert calories into energy, even our immune system is compromised if we starve ourselves from required nutrition in an attempt to lose weight. Diet pills and supplements may work short time, but a high price is paid for using them. Any weight loss experienced is often temporary and accompanied by several unpleasant side-effects due to the drugs in weight-loss supplements. During the time in which consumers use these products, starvation of important vitamins and minerals occurs as many products on the market curb hunger.
If the body is not receiving important vitamins and minerals through regular food intake, it won't matter whether or not you are taking a weight-loss product. Nutrition is the first and most important key at being healthy and within a healthy weight range. Dieting is effective because it cuts back on calorie intake, though how much you eat isn't necessarily as important as what you eat.
Exercise is also very important as it allows your body movement. Studies show that movement and exercise is good; However, exactly how much exercise should I get? This is a question for your personal fitness trainer and your doctor... No one figure is right for everyone. Movement serves as calorie expenditure, as well as "greasing your parts". Water intake for the body is like oil for a car. Why take products that are diuretics, removing that important life sustaining substance from your body in an attempt to lose weight? Water is the most important factor in losing body fat as it flushes out toxins which are stored in your fat, as well as 'lubricating your body'.
Many new diet drugs are just diet fads. Drugs they are, though ineffective many will deem them. Millions of people each year try new diet drugs in hopes of following through with their last years resolution or a large range of many other reasons. Millions are disappointed every year by the results and side-effects these drugs offer, yet many continue to take them, often trying many at a time. This in particular is very dangerous due to many companies using the same ingredients, just in different combinations and proportions. Carbonated energy drinks and diet pills with high amounts of ephedrine and caffeine leech calcium and many other important nutrients from the bones, and cause water
loss. Most find these short cuts to be ineffective versus a good nutrition plan with moderate activity to naturally, safely, and effectively boost metabolism resulting in more permanent weight loss , better figure, and most importantly, better health!
