than to attempt blocking them from digestion. You will also be blocking other important substances from entering your digestive system which will result in water retention and nutrient deprivation.

Other products that boast miraculous weight loss claims are tea based diet supplements. The common ingredient in tea is caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic, resulting in water loss. Water loss does not equate weight loss, and great care should be taken with any product containing high amounts of caffeine as it is an addictive drug/stimulant. High caffeine consumption can result in nervousness, head aches, hyperactivity, sleeplessness, irritability, and more side-effects which are potentially dangerous to your health. This goes the same for products that are labeled as "energy drinks", which boast weight loss effects. Any weight loss incurred by these products will be temporary, as water is readily restored to the body through consumption. A price will also be paid for using products high in stimulants as stimulants are very taxing to the nervous system and heart.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are companies that provide services such as body wraps and thermal wraps which claim to melt away fat by trapping in body heat. There is no conclusive evidence stating body wraps are effective in weight loss, and again, the only weight lost would be water lost through perspiration. Water loss is temporary and any weight lost would quickly return.

How about those diet patches? We've seen patches which have been effective for helping consumers quit smoking, but according to WebMD.com, no conclusive evidence ever suggests these patches are effective in administering drugs to the body which are useful in weight loss.
The same ingredients found in patches boasting miraculous weight loss are the same and just as ineffective as the chemical ingredients found in the actual dietary supplements which are taken orally.

Fat is a result of two things, toxicity within the body and excessive calorie/carbohydrate intake. Fat works as "trap" for toxins in the bloodstream. Your body stores toxins in fat tissue to keep it out of the bloodstream and to prevent it from entering back into organs or cellular tissue.

With toxicity being an issue for many
