Politically correct: It depends on your point of view

Workplace Etiquette
In todays environment of political correctness, we are always watching what we say in the market place. Which I believe is a good thing and not just something that we all should be on our toes all the time. We all must realize that we can control our mouths in what we say if we so choose to. Can we offer an alternative to the term politically correct speech? I hope we can in a more positive tone we all need to know that we can be more like the Lord, Even though we can alter our language from cruel and hurtful some people never change despite our best efforts to the contrary. Love is the thing that conquers everything and leaves nothing behind. Political correct language and behavior comes from directly left of the spectrum saying that we are offended by this remark or another. They begin to label it hate speech which it could possibly be. We need to we capture that American idea of what if anything we mean to each other. We also need to be aware that in todays workplace one must be extremely careful when romancing a fellow worker. Words are killers in the workplace and one must always be careful to navigate the still slightly rough waters of political correctness just to survive. In this way we all can have good relationships in the workplace. Although you never what you get when the opposite sex is not around to hear the comments of one's fellow workers on any given subject matter.
