Osteoporosis explained

PREVENTING OSTEOPOROSIS

Osteoporosis is the decrease in the bone tissue. The bones begin to deteriorate and weaken away.
There are many symptoms that lead to Osteoporosis however, it is best to prevent the illness than wait for symptoms that may not necessarily be linked.

Bones decrease as one gets older so that you are already taking vitamins and calcium that strengthen the bones year after. Taking Calcium and Vitamin D daily is so important and this prevents side illnesses such as arthritis when the body is also taken great care of.

Calcium and Vitamin D work best when the body is treated with spa body wraps, mineral mud and seaweed body wraps. The spa mud is quite healthy and prevents traces of most illnesses that may include Osteoporosis.

There are other recommended vitamins that will enhance and enable the bones at the Chemist. Most of them are non-prescriptive and can be found in most shops like Boots. You could however ask to ensure that you won't have an allergy taking certain tablets.

There are bathing products that are relaxing and energizing, products such as the Radox Muscle soak and its herbal powder does relax tired bones and keep the bones strong.

Using mud products that contain lots of minerals also energizes and keep you healthy.
Additionally, do simple aerobics such as stretching your hands and then your legs, do yoga if you can.

Exercising the bones make them stronger, it keeps you in shape and you find that you feel more flexible and even sociable. This also reduces the stress and fatigue.

Avoid lifting heavy things unless you have a good medical stamina to do that. Weight lifting can lead to more problems so take caution always.

Having fresh milk is also a help provided you have no allergy to milk or its related products.
Having salads and vegetables is also vital to give strength to the bones and the general function of the body.

Avoid hydroquinone that is contained in bleaching creams because they can weaken the bones just as much as they cause skin problems.
There are other lightening creams that have no hydroquinone inside of them.
