Using your blood type as a guideline in dieting

"Eat only foods according to your Blood Group and you will feel healthier and suffer fewer health problems" says Dr Peter D'Adamo.
All blood groups are based on evolution and hence O is the commonest and the first blood group to evolve and AB is rare and last blood group to evolve according to Dr Peter D'Adamo.

Some have affinity to certain food stuffs based on blood group:.

TypeA: More affinity to vegetables and fruits.

Type B:More affinity to diary products, meat, grian and vegetables.

Type AB:more affinity to all products of both A and B blood Group.

Type O:More affinity to meat and protein products.
Blood group O: People with type O blood group are more prone to peptic ulcers as they are more prone to Helicubacter pylori. As a result they nned to eat more animal and protein food for more stomach acids for proper digestion. They are also more prone to allergic reactions.

O is also the most commonest blood group.High-protein, low-carb diet with lots of meat and fish is recommended for O group.Exercise which is best is aerobics.

Blood Group A: This is the next common blood group.Nuts beans ,cereal rice, fruits and vegetables should be included while dieting.
This is based on ancestral lifestyle of farming who used these as their food.Exercise which is best is calming exercise.

Blood group B:This is the next common blood group with least restrictions on diet. This is beause the ancestors with this blood group were prone to travel and eat variety of food.Processed food should be avoided and less carbohydrate diet has to be taken according to Dr Peter D'Adamo.Walking is the best exercise for this group.

Blood group AB:This blood group is rare and people with this blood group should eat food taken by people of blood group A and B.Again more vegetable diet is better with some occasional meat, fish and dairy products .Walking and calming exercise are the best.
