Design
In the Far East ,Feng Shui consultants work along side architects during the design phase of new building projects. They then work along side the interior designers and landscapers, to ensure that the buildings and their surroundings are as auspicious as possible.

Companies then move in and prosper, and the developer gradually acquires a

reputation for creating buildings in which people do well. As the reputation
spreads the developers can then charge premium prices for their properties.

From the occupants point of view it also makes commercial sense to pay the
premium for the better building where their businesses will do better.

Decorating and arranging
In many cases, performance can be enhanced when offices are reorganized or
redecorated, or appropriate building work is done. Variations in performance
can be attributed to the changing influences of the interior and exterior
environment of a building.

New Premises
When businesses are seeking new premises, they often use Feng Shui consultants to help them select the most auspicious buildings for their business, and the most auspicious suites within those buildings.

Even when a company is struggling in a building with poor Feng Shui and cannot
move or alter the building, it is often possible to improve matters by moving files,
people etc. and changing the color scheme.

Case Studies
I have selected the following case studies, to give you an idea of the kind of
recommendations, which made and the benefits obtained by following them.

1. C are a consultancy firm who specialize in outplacement. Their office had under performed consistently for 3 years (relative to their offices in other towns and cities).

The problem was the presence of geopathic stress in the main business administration office, leading to tiredness and lethargy amongst the staff.

Also the color scheme was wrong for that building. The offices were due for their
periodic redecoration, so we helped them design a more appropriate color scheme and advised them to move some staff members to better locations. Three months later their client base had increased by a third.

2. When Veronica requested a Feng Shui survey her house, she was owed several thousand pounds by her ex-boyfriend and a business loan had been "stuck in the works" for three months after her bank had approved it. This had delayed the investment to the point where her business project was in jeopardy.

Due to the urgency of her situation, Veronica implemented all the recommendations within 4 days. On the 7th day, she telephoned to say that her "ex" had repaid the debt in full. The next day she telephoned to say that the business loan had come through, enabling the project to start (giving a projected pay back of 150% in the following 3 months).

Devotees of Feng Shui know that the secure positioning of people and objects within their environment enhances harmony and well being to the benefit of the company and its employees.
