Ways to promote healthy independence in teens

Ways to make your teen into an adult people will like and trust.

Teach your teen to respect others. Respecting does not mean agreeing with a view point per say. It means being tolerant if view points different from there own.

2 Teach your teen the vaule of good money manegment. Like it or not, people look down on others who miss manage unds. If your teen knows how to stay out of debt they will go much futher in life.

3 Teach your teen that words can build up or tear down. If your teen knows that words have power, they are less likeilu yo msay foolisg things they may regret later.

4 Teach your teen that actions have reactions. I know you love your kid, but the rest of the world does not. If you teach your teen early that there actions will effect others they are less likely to act before they think

5 Teach your kids to be selfless, one never knows when they might needd a helping hand later in life.

6 Teach your teen to manage time. They will thank you later. They will also keep more jobs that way.
