Losing the negative person in ourselves is something that takes great determination. The first step is looking inside your self and realizing if you really want to loose that negative person. I use to be the most self pitying human on the planet, but the truth was i didn't want to change. I hated how I acted but I was in no way prepared to change.

I've once heard it put like this: you have to sick and tired, of being sick and tired, of being sick and tired, to change. The biggest part of getting rid of that negative spirit is to stand up and say that you've had enough and its time to change.

Even after this is said, the task is more then a little difficult. It like rewiring a computer when you know nothing about computers! It seems impossible! But if you take the time to learn about the computer, then you have a fighting chance.

Its important that you realize when your being negative. It doesn't even have to be over something big. It can be that you straightened you hair and it raining and you allow yourself to become upset for the rest of the day. Or for the men, your favorite football team lost a big game and you sulk for the rest of the day. (you get the point). Its things like this that make us days miserable and the people around miserable as well.

An easy why to realize when you negative? Ask God to show when your being negative, trust he will diffidently show you. Most of all you cant allow yourself to become discouraged. When you find that negative person rise up in and you let it, its okay. Every morning is a brand knew start. just keep moving forward.
