Writing
You snatch a dirty scrap of paper
attempting to wrestle into words
emotions so deep, so vibrant, that
it is quite impossible these other
drab creatures, walking and talking,
existing around you, could have ever

some outward proof upon them, some
unmistakeable, undeniable sign,
so, pitying them their ignorance,
you try, feebly, to share,
to communicate,
to bequeath enlightenment.
