Poetry: Fat and happy

Today I'm fat and happy.
It's no mystery
That indulging in desserts
Has been my therapy.

When the boss berates me,
When he gives me crap,
I just grab the potato chips,
And fill my big, fat trap.

When I feel elated
When joy makes me cheer
I just eat in celebration
Adding inches to my rear.

Yes, I'm fat and happy,
And I love dining with my friends.
If it's food that kills me,
at least I'll be fat and happy when it ends.
