I want a firm butt, slimmer thighs, and the endurance to dance all night. What do I need to do to obtain all of the above? My father wants a stronger heart, a less flabby belly, and the endurance to hunt for longer periods. What will my dad have to do?
There are many different exercises that my father and I can do to obtain our goals, but we need to decide what will work for us. My biggest issues are my butt and thighs, so that is where I will start. I can make sure squats and lunges are a part of my exercise regimen since these are proven to help tone the buttock muscle. In addition, knee extensions, hip extensions, and the hip flexion can be used to slim and tighten my thighs.
My father could run, skip rope, or use a stair step machine to strengthen his heart muscles. He can also add a few exercises such as the stomach flattener and the vacuum to tighten that belly of his. Furthermore, if my father and I follow our exercise regimens our endurance levels will increase.
Now, that I have figured out what needs to be done for us to achieve our goals I am tired. I was watching television one day after attempting a few lunges, saw something called Bun and Thigh Roller, and bought it. I bought it, because it was supposed to tighten what needed to be tightened without killing my knees. Well, the roller did not bother my knees as much as squats and lunges, but it took its toll before the 13-minute workout was over. I now have all the information I need to get my dad and I going, but neither of us have the ability to accomplish much of any of it, I forgot to factor in the Rheumatoid arthritis.
Therefore, I felt the need to go back to the drawing board. How do we get our bodies and health the way we want it without causing unnecessary pain on our hips and knees? As I was researching exercises yet again, I saw perfection. What tones your whole body, strengthens your heart, and gives you a cardiovascular workout? Swimming, does it do anything else? Yes, it also increases muscle strength, endurance and helps with better flexibility and posture. Swimming is also one of the three exercises that are recommended for Arthritis due to the low impact on the joints. Wow, there will be no stress on my knees and hips. Swimming is the perfect exercise!
