One Christian's View On Atheism
Because you don't believe, does not make it untrue.
If you are an atheist, then hell is for you.
You can turn from your ways and truly repent;
unless you do this you're certainly hell bent.
You know the void you feel in your soul,
The nagging question "What if it's so?"
You will one day see your maker's face
Will He say "Well done" for running your race?
Or will He say "Leave thou cursed one,
For you have repeatedly rejected my Son.
You have rejected my grace mercy and love,
You have rejected all I have sent from above."
Why take the chance, why take such risk?
Wouldn't you choose to truly repent
If you could have someone show you the way,
Wouldn't you choose salvation today?
You may be asking "What if she's right?"
That is a sign to your heart from Christ!
Jesus did say "I am the way, the truth and the life."
He is there waiting to take all your strife.
Jesus won't push His way into your heart
But He will make a way for you if you start.
Start by asking Him to forgive all your sins.
Then open your heart wide and bid Him "Come in!"
Then He will enter and clean up your place,
Also He'll give you such wonderful grace!
I know this is true for He's done it for me.
Won't you allow Him to set your soul free?
Don't let these words be the last you will hear:
"Depart from me" is something to fear!
Eternity is sure for all on this earth!
Life doesn't just stop when we enter the dirt!
For ashes we are and ashes we'll be,
But God has more for you and for me!
Life in that horrible deep and dark place,
Or life up in paradise enjoying Christ's face.
I choose life with my God up above
That I may live here in God's love!
Make the right choice, repent and believe
Then eternal life you'll be sure to receive!
