I am obsessed with beauty products. I have spent, actually I don't think I ever want to know how much I have spent on beauty products. I have read all the best beauty books, and tried almost every type of brand. Here are my five favorite products:

1. Smashbox Primer Primer is key for making your skin look flawless. It also helps your makeup stay on all day (even while exercising). Primer takes away shine, and makes your foundation or concealer glide on. Lots of makeup companies make a primer, but Smashbox is by far the best.

2. Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 15 I used to hate wearing foundation, because I didn't like feeling like I was wearing a mask. All of that changed with this product. It feels so light. It is perfect for someone who wants some coverage, but doesn't need a lot. The SPF will also help protect your skin from the sun.

3. Bare Minerals Mineral Veil Powder This is a finishing power that I consider my secret weapon. It is light and gets rid of all shine. Since it is made of minerals, it is natural so it won't upset sensitive skin.

4. NARS Orgasm Blush This blush is the perfect pink and looks good on everyone. It is NARS best seller, partly because of the name, but mostly because it is that good. It also has a bit of a sparkle that helps to brighten your face.

5. MAC "O" Lipstick I was first introduced to this lipstick 8 years ago. I went to MAC to get my makeup done for a formal, and the artist chose this color. Since then, it has become the only lipstick I will wear at night. It looks good on most people, and goes on smooth. It is a dark red that looks different on everyone.
