The Beat
I went to the corner of Elm street
There I could here a beat
It wasn't a music beat
But I was feeling more and more intense
It felt like I was going to sore
I took a step
Then looked at the picture
Then I felt the beat again
I could also hear it
I had sit before I fell
Right then I felt like I was in heaven and not hell
Then I took out the box and opened it
The ring
I was having second thoughts
I thought o.k A new start
I wish I had a couple of wiskey shots
O.k the beat that I heard was gone
It was my heart
Im going to ask her to marry me
Off I went to see
If it was yes or no
