Divine Peace Exercise
Peace is the basis need of life, hence everybody is struggling to get it in the way, they find suitable. This peace exercise is simple, result oriented and gives a state of retaining peace all day long. No other exercise can give this kind of peace. In this modern world, life is full of stress and strain. This peace exercise will definitely give you peace, relax your nerves and give a soothing effect to your whole body and is anti-depressant.
Benefits: 1.Gives complete relaxation to your body and mind.
2. Gives a soothing effect on your nerves.
3. Removes stress and strain.
4. Improves memory.
5. Helps in better decision making.
6. Helps to get sound sleep.
7. Eliminates depression.
8. Improves social behavior.
9. Improves health as a whole.
10 Gives confidence and helps to get a positive view on life.
Process:
1. Sit in folded legs, in the position in which you can sit comfortably for 10 to 15 minutes on the floor or near a wall.
2. Start deep breathing as you take in sleep and close both eyes.
3. Keep both your palms on the head with fingers pointing towards the back of the head and wrist on the forehead for approximately ½ minute. Then lift your palm about 1" above your head and move your hand very slowly downwards from head to toe, close to the body but not touching the body and finally keep both hands on the ground or wall for 1/2 a minute.
4. Now sit in a relaxed position. Close your eyes.
5. Take deep breathing in 2 parts.
6. While breathing in, say in your mind 'pea'
7. While breathing out, say in your mind 'ce' so that the word 'peace' in completed. Continue this sort of breathing.
8. Now concentrate your mind on toes of leg and take 3 times breathing as explained above. (While breathing in say in your mind 'pea' , while breathing out, say in your mind 'ce' ). Then concentrate your mind on yours on the knees and do breathing as stated above. Likewise continue doing this peace exercise to all the major parts of the body from the toe to top of the head
9. Have a feeling that your whole body and all its parts are becoming peaceful and are full of peace light.
10. Now concentrate your mind between eyebrows and have a feeling that your complete body is becoming light and shining. Continue breathing as stated above. As soon as you get feeling that your body is really shining with peace light, open the eyes. The feel-good effect will last for the whole day.
Total time: 5-15 min.
