over the last 12 months windows vista has been released from Microsoft but has not been a huge success for many people. many of us still want to stick to our windows xp home and professional edition for many reasons. some reasons include the lack of performance on users computers and laptops.
windows vista needs a minimum of at least 1GB of memory to perform at a good rate when windows xp needs at least 256MB to perform at its best. what a big difference.
many people also use windows xp because it does not take up as much hard drive space as vista which means operating systems will have a lot more storage space.
many people also expected vista to have everything but unfortunately that was not the case when it was released. my opinion is to stick to xp and just keep your system running with ease rather than have it use up all its memory on one piece of hardware.
just for a quick review of windows vista its a good piece of hardware if your computer can run it smooth. this means that your computer must have at least 2GB of ram and 3GHZ processor for a good performance. widows vista has one advantage over xp and that is that it has a much better security level to prevent malware, spy ware,Trojans and virus infections but why should you want vista when there are many internet websites to download free software and programmes. one piece of software i would reccomende is a squared free. it has a basic background gaurd and scanner to protect your computern from infections, it also has regular updates to keep in date.
