How to seduce a man

How to Seduce a Man: Advice for a Real Woman

Despite what you may see in movies, seducing a man is more than enticing him with lingerie and liquor. Seduction encourages an initial attraction to grow. It involves all those little ways you charm a man and let him know that you are open to more than friendship. Being seductive also reminds your partner that you find him physically attractive and rekindles the heat in an established relationship.

In the Beginning

If you were raised to believe that a woman should avoid being seductive on a first date, perhaps you should consider seduction in a new light. Seducing a man does not have to signal a race to the bedroom. You can be alluring without promising sex. Telling a man you want to take it slow can have its own appeal, especially if you tell him gently with a soft voice and an encouraging smile.

Eye contact is the first step to creating intimacy. Looking into a man's eyes shows that you are interested in him. If holding his gaze for long periods of time makes you uncomfortable, choose your moments. Listen to the conversation and look into his eyes deeply during more personal topics.

Touch is an important element of seduction. You can begin with a simple touch on his hand or arm and let your contact evolve naturally. Lightly caressing your own collar bone or jaw line while you are talking can also be seductive. Touch brings a physicality to your early relationship and can spark his imagination.

Conversation does not have to be suggestive or overly flirtatious to charm a man. Ask your partner questions about himself and listen to what he has to say. When creating a romantic mood, avoid discussing problems at home or work. Instead, focus on interests such as movies, hobbies, or books.

To dress for a date, wear clothes that flatter your figure. Tight, revealing clothes do not always appear sexy and hiding extra pounds under baggy clothing is likely to make you look shapeless. When shopping for a special outfit, try a service oriented, high-end store and ask sales associates for advice. If you cannot afford the outfit they recommend, you can still look for clothes with a similar cut on the sale racks or at another store.

Becoming Intimate

Before your seduction becomes physical, consider your preconceptions about sexual intimacy. Many women were raised with the idea that men naturally take the lead when it comes to sex and dating. Today, society is more willing to challenge these stereotypes, but are you?
