About six months ago i found myself crushed between two SUVs in a construction zone during rush hour. I was stunned. I had only had my Mustang about four months at the time of the accident. While the driver at fault called the police I called my mother who dropped what she was doing to come get me since my car would have to be towed. As soon as i got home and calmed down I called USAA to file the claim. In that one conversation the agent took down all the information from my wreck, helped me choose a repair shop, and even set me up with a rental car. She never once put me on hold or transferred me to another department. A little over an hour later I was in my rental car and on my way to work.

Over the next couple of months (my car was in really bad shape) my claim representative kept me up-to-date on everything that was happening with my claim and my car. I never once had to call them. They always called me. The whole situation was actually pretty effortless on my part and caused no disruption to my life whatsoever.
Signing up for the policy was just as effortless. Since they don't have an office in my area I did this online. When I completed the process I found myself wondering if I had all the coverage I needed. So I called them up and in no time I was speaking to a knowledgeable person that clearly answered all my questions. All in all it was an easy and stress-free process.
Come to think of it, every interaction I have had with USAA concerning my car insurance policy has been stress-free. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The rates are lower than other insurance companies yet the service is far superior. With the coverage offered by USAA I can drive a little easier.
