Traverse City Mi. 242 NW of Detroit. A favorite destination among Michigan residents.

Located on the western shore of Grand Traverse Bay,it affords some of the best scenery in the U.S.

T.C. is also known as the Cherry capital of the world.Thousands of acres of cherry orchards surround the town. T.C boasts of orchards,vineyards,and wonderful views of the bay on both sides.

Here you can find 5 sandy beaches,a harbor and all the boating,windsurfing and jet skiing you can handle.

For you golf enthusiasts Traverse City city counts 36 golf courses which are among the most beautiful in the world.

Champion Hill
18 hole championship caliber course.6800 yards of maximum. The course is located in Beulah,Mi. nestled among rolling hills,heather lined fairways and some views of Lake Michigan.

A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort(Sundance)
Located in Kewadin, MI.
This resort has 30 condo's,located in woods and hills.It overlooks Torch Lke and has two 18 hole courses.The golf aficionado has two of the finest courses available anywhere at his disposal at A-Ga-Ming.
A par-72 layout has tee locations to vary the course length from a demanding 6,693 yards to a more forgiving 5,135 yards.

Cedar River Golf Club at Shanty Creek Resort
Located in Bellaire, MI.Designed by tour player and architect Tom Weiskopf. Named one of the 100 best courses in the US. It has 5 tees which gives every player a challenging game.
Par : 72 Yardage: 6,989 Slope: 144 Rating: 73.6

Elmbrook Golf Course
Located right in Traverse City.Offers all levels of challenging golf.Panoramic views of the country side and both bays.It is the oldest course in Traverse City.
Named 2002 Peoples choice award to where to play golf.
Elmbrook is an 18 hole par 72 golf course.

Spruce Run at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa
Acme, MI.This began as a public course and was redesigned in 1979 . During development of Gay Players'Wolverine it was shortened to par 70. It has water on 13 holes.
