What do you call a successful grocery shopping experience?

To some people it might be that they didn't give in to the urge to buy soemthing they were craving. To others a successful shopping experience might involve coming out of the store still loving the children you brought in.

To me, a successful shopping experience is using all the coupons I can and getting the best deal for my money.

Successful couponing might not be high on your priority list, but I've saved over $600 in 4 months buy redeeming coupons. This savings doesn't include any promotion specials like Buy One Get One Free, or any savings at the register with a grocery store rewards card. It's actually coupons, the kind you can print off the computer or get in the newspaper, that have saved me over $600 since July 1st to Nov 15th.

The most important thing about successful couponing has to do with using the BOGO (Buy One Get One Free) items that grocery stores promote. Using 2 coupons for the two items being scanned is the best way to save money. Not only are you getting two products (one for free) but you're knocking down the price with 2 coupons. Be sure not to be duped into buying BOGO items at escalated prices. Remember, it's not a deal if you spend more money than you would have at another store.
