What not to do on your honeymoon.
Your honeymoon is a most precious time of bonding for you and your spouse. Your honeymoon is a picture of splendor in your mind following you for the rest of your marriage. This time together should be a reminder of the beauty in your marriage. Do you want your marriage to have trust? Do you want to feel that your love and commitment will be real? The idea that you and your spouse is all that matters is a good practice on the honeymoon.
1. OK, so on your honeymoon the first thing I would advise against is to give any ideas (or actions to the idea) that if this marriage does not work I am out of here. Very bad on your honeymoon to go to bed with these ideas on your mind or put on your spouses mind. You only encourage a lack of commitment and a lack of trust that the love you share is real. By the time your honeymoon has arrived, you have established that you can trust and commit to this person. You have invested your heart after-all. You do not want to see your partner starring at another, making gestures that you should be like that, or even that you are anything less than perfect. So do not do that to your partner.
2. Another suggestion I see fit to put in this category would be that you absolutely abstain from cheating, because your partner passed out, because your partner did not satisfy, or because of any reason.
3. This is one day out of (say you marry at 25 years old, your spouse is a year or so difference and you expect to be together for well over 50 years) 12,499 more days . This day is not to figure out your strengths and weaknesses. I heard pastor note the fact that people generally spend $28,000 average on the wedding day and the honeymoon, but $0 on the counsel and bettering of their relationship. Therefore, I suggest with my whole heart that you have already faced facts before the honeymoon and do not let this night be more than a very wonderful time of bonding between you and your spouse.
4. Of course, do not belittle this day or yourself. You have both waited for this day. Especially, if you have applied the basic rules for a good marriage and have waited for the one perfect union. This is the wonderful day that two become one in body. This day is the reason that I always tell my teenagers and children to wait to have sex. Sex is special for a reason. If you have already had experiences with sex as most of this generation do not condemn yourself. Learn quickly, forgive and be forgiven.
5. Do not go into financial
