Working experience is important, to almost every occupation. However, one's with impresive working experience need a good education, in particular "The CertificateS" to back it up. It is true to say that many successful entrepreneur in the past century built their businesses without even step into schools. But, as education becomes widely available, the situation changes. Nowadays, even operational staffs need education. Good education certainly is a necessity for your employment. Not only for those who have no working experience, eg fresh grads, but for climbing your career ladder.

Though, how can we define "good" education? Does "good" means the level of your study (eg. master's degree) or the level of your study PLUS where do you obtained the certificates. For example, a master's degree from a developing country will not be treated the same as "master's degree" at a developed country. Aren't they are of the same level? Sometimes, this issue is frustrating.
