The God's and all thier glory do not seam to find time now for us.
We struggle through each day and wonder if tomorrow will be better.
Is our glass half full or half empty?
Well that depends i suppose on your own view of life.
Is it enough to have a family and home?
Is it enough to find warmth in a lovers arms?
Or is it to much to worry about peace and war?

Is it to much to watch as your home is destroyed?
When you fall on your knees and pray
what is it that you say? Do you ever
just say I am here and alive or do you plead and beg
and demand to know why?
When you have food in front of you are you relieved
or do you just take it for granted like everything?
Is my glass half full or half empty?
Both i must confess thats what I believe.
I want to know answers and I want to know why.
I want some one to step forward and accept the blame for
whats wrong in my life.
I need to know things will get better, that life will
some how get easier. I need to know that tomorrow
I will have a home and my children will be taken care of.
I really want to know when love is going to call.
I watch the news and listen to all the torment and
I just shake my head. How can so much be wrong?
I should have staryed in bed.
It's funny really when you stop and think.
Maybe my glass would be full
if i wouldn't drink.
