HOME
My home is somewhat battered and old,
And often times it lets in the cold.
But for riches and comfort I do not look,
I stand only on the promises of God's Holy Book.
It tells of a home that is bright and fair,
And a Father above who hears my prayers.
It offers faith for all who will heed,
And a heavenly home with no heartache or greed.
So I'll stay here below, and live out my days,
And forever and always sing His praise.
